No, iGUIDE has no monthly subscription fees. Pricing is pay-per-project, so you only pay when you scan. You can host an unlimited number of iGUIDEs at no additional cost. Your data remains accessible in your account without ongoing fees or subscription management.
iGUIDE measurements are highly accurate. Typical measurement uncertainty in distance on a floor plan is 0.5% or better, with corresponding square footage uncertainty of 1% or better. This level of accuracy exceeds commercial and residential industry standards and holds up even when measurements are challenged.
Your virtual tour and floor plan are generated automatically once a property is scanned with the PLANIX R1 camera. An immersive 3D virtual tour, schematic floor plan and rich property data are created from your scan—no manual stitching or post-processing required.
With the PLANIX R1 camera system, a 2,500 sq ft space can be fully captured in under 15 minutes—up to 3x faster than traditional methods. Larger properties take longer, but the automated workflow means less time on site regardless of property size.
iGUIDE exports data in multiple formats including SVG, PDF, DWG, RVT, ESX and FML, ready for use across CAD tools, Verisk Xactimate, search portals and web listings. This flexibility makes iGUIDE compatible with professional workflows across real estate, architecture, construction and insurance.
